Note: This work was later arranged for guitar quartet and quintet and is called "Los Angeles Aquarelle Suite." In the quartet an dquintet version, the fourth movement, "San Juan Capistrano Mission," is entitled "San Fernando Mission". Movements 1, 2, 5, and 6 should be played in a jazz swing rhythm. In the second movement, "Sunset Boulevard," at rehearsal letters D and E, Guitar I has the indication ad lib solo. This solo is written out by Laurindo and is found in the quartet version.
